Mr J. K. Kapur’s journey started in undivided India, from Lahore to Bombay, where he brought his know-how and secret recipes. J K was an Indian Filmmaker, Restaurateur, and social activist who co-founded Copper Chimney in 1972.
Mr Sunil Kapur (Joy) is a second-generation restaurateur known in the Industry as Joy because he brings Joy to the table wherever he goes.
In the third generation, Varun and Karan take care of the legacy, laying stone by stone and setting proper milestones.
Copper Chimney, with a current count of 20+, wanted to grow the business aggressively through Ownership and franchisee ownership (franchisee-owned and company-operated models).
